What we Believe
The Bible to be the inerrant Word of GOD.
(II Tim. 3:15-17 and II Peter 21)
Salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, He alone gives eternal life.
(Eph. 2:8-9; Romans 5:8-13; Acts 4:12)
The deity of our Lord Jesus Christ; GOD in the flesh.
(Matt. 1:23; John. 1:14; John. 5:22-23; John 3; Heb. 1:1-13)
The church is the body of Christ, the habitation of the Holy Ghost divinely appointed to fulfill the great commission: Evangelize, Worship, Mature the Saints
(Eph. 1:22-23, Acts 11:8, I Cor. 12:13; Eph. 4:11-16)
The doctrine of the Trinity. As Christians we believe in monotheism, One GOD expressed in three persons “FATHER, SON and HOLY GHOST”.
Water baptism (full immersion). It is an outward sign of an inward experience.
(Matt. 28:19; Acts. 2:38; Rom. 6:3-4)
The Lord’s supper – bread and the fruit of the vine being symbolic of: Our sharing in His Divine Nature, Memorial of His suffering and death, His Son’s return.
(II Pet. 1:4; I Cor. 11:26)
Baptism in the Holy Spirit – This evidence by the outward sign of “speaking in tongues”. Baptism brings with it the gifts of the Spirit.
(Acts 2:4; I Cor. 12)
Divine Healing – provide for in the Old Testament and reaffirmed in the New Testament.
(Ex. 15:26; I Pet. 2:24)
The rapture of the saints – the great “catching away” of the saints.
(I Thess. 4:16-17)
The actual, physical return of Jesus Christ with His saints (you and me) to reign for one thousand years.
(Zech. 14:5; Matt. 24:27-30; Rev. 1:7)
